Paducah’s beloved Lower Town Arts & Music Festival is a celebration of all things art, community, and music. Set in the historic Lower Town Arts District, the festival offers art vendors, live music, family activities, and various mouth-watering food and beverage options.
Festival dates for 2026 are Friday, May 8 (5-10:30 p.m.) and Saturday, May 9 (10 a.m. -10:30 p.m.) culminating in a weekend full of musical, culinary, and artistic talent from Western Kentucky and the surrounding region. There is no charge to attend the festival!
The festival is organized and operated by Friends of the Lower Town Arts and Music Festival, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to celebrating and sustaining the creative spirit of the city.
For the event, streets closures will begin on Thursday, May 7 at noon and end Sunday morning. The festival is at the intersection of 7th and Madison Streets and surrounding streets.
