The Paducah Human Rights Commission is inviting the community to attend the Fairness and Justice for All Lunch and Learn event on Saturday, January 18. The luncheon will be held at the newly renovated Robert Cherry Civic Center located at 2701 Park Avenue with the event from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. During the event, members of the Paducah Human Rights Commission will facilitate discussions on human rights issues and ways to promote equality in our society.
There is no charge to attend the Lunch and Learn; however, registration is required in order to provide the caterer, Artisan Kitchen, with an expected attendance. The registration deadline is the end of the business day on Monday, January 13.
The Paducah Human Rights Commission was established in 1964. The Commission is a seven-member board governed by Paducah Code of Ordinances Chapter 58-31.
